CAMP DESCRIPTION

Our summer Trampoline Camp schedule is designed to parallel age and ability. Athletes of all ages are coached according to their individualized abilities and skill levels. With each week the progression of training activities challenge each age group appropriately.

CAMP SPECIFICS

Youth Tramp Camp is for 7-10 year olds. Ability levels range from those with no acrobatic experience to those with some background in trampoline and freestyle skills.

This camp runs Tuesday – Friday.

Arrival is 8:45 AM daily.

Departure is 3:00 PM daily.

Acrobatics is most easily learned (and taught) at younger ages. Sports such as gymnastics are clear testimony to this principle. Youth Trampoline Camp is an ideal gateway to acrobatics and fundamental freestyle skills. These camps feature our top coaches, offering our youngest the best.
